Ms. Flor, originally from Lima, Peru, has a profound love for working with children. Since founding Kids World in 1996, she has treasured the opportunity to shape young lives. Today, she is proud to collaborate with her daughter, Maria, and their dedicated team.

Maria, inspired by her mother’s work, initially pursued a BA in Business Marketing but soon discovered her true passion lay in child development. This realization brought her back to the family business, where she found fulfillment in helping children grow and learn. To enhance her expertise, Maria earned her Montessori certification for 0-6 years and a BA in Early Childhood Education. Together, Flor and Maria lead their exceptional team, focusing not only on fostering children’s development but also on supporting teachers in achieving their personal and professional aspirations.
